Brought my camera to my first wedding to capture the joy and creativity of the wedding guests and performers at the Intergalactic Mansion in Austin, TX.
Burning Man '24
Captured friends & strangers during the many adventures at this year's Burn!
In the moment these images are taken, I show the subject the photo on my view finder. Unedited they are astonished, but once I send the edited images their joy is multiplied thus creating a deeper connection.

My light-painting techniques require a low-light / mood lit environment so the initial frame is captured by the flash and the additional lights are captured while the shutter stays open.

What I love about this style of photography I have developed is I never have a final image in mind, all of these images were the results of going with the flow, capturing the moment.
I felt so honored and seen by Swaylo when he invited me to be his photographer for this festival, because he believed that what I was going to create would've been worthwhile without knowing what it would look like.

TEXCLIPSE '24
Shot during the Total Eclipse in Texas. This was my first shoot of the summer.
What I especially like about these is many of them were captured while the subject was dancing making capturing their personality with an open shutter that much more difficult and meaningful.
